Jayne Harvey, RN

Jayne Harvey is the owner and CEO of FCS International. An RN with over 20 years experience primarily in senior care, she is also co-author of Chicken Soup for the Canadian Soul. Her dynamic style is as practical as it is energetic, entertaining, and often humourous. Participants walk away equipped to meet many of the challenges that face them.

Dr. Michael J. Dufresne

Dr. Dufresne is passionately committed to translating his research and personal experiences to the community. He has served on numerous regional, provincial and national committees, task forces and boards dealing with health care. Because of his understanding of cancer and his personal experience with those living with cancer, he is also in demand as a guest speaker on end of life issues.

Patricia M. Butcher

Pat Butcher combines her experience in working with dementia sufferers and her knowledge of home economics, use of music and sensory stimulation, relaxation massage, activation/gerontology, and family studies to create very humourous yet informative seminars and workshops. Darren Micallef

Darren Micallef is FCS International's HR specialist. He has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Labour Studies, CHRP status as well as a Conflict Resolution Certificate from the University of Western Ontario. He has worked for several companies as a Human Resource Consultant and presently is the Administrator of a “state of the art” 96 bed Long Term Care Home in Strathroy, which he was instrumental in designing and building.

Barbara Trudel

Barb Trudel brings a wide range of experience as a RN to the FCS Team. As a clinical and nursing consultant for FCS, she provides training in assessment skills, enhancing the daily quality of client life and teamwork amongst staff of all designations. Barb enables and equips the participants at her workshops to provide best practices care in their workplaces! 

 

Tyler Wells 

Tyler Wells is a graduate from the Bachelor of Commerce program at Ryerson University, where he Majored in Marketing Management and Minored in Law. Since joining FCS, he has worked with web developers to implement a brand new online training system. FCS International’s new training system was very well received by their current clients over their previous version. Tyler is available to introduce online training concept to the health care industry.
