
This 3-day program helps resolve staff and management conflicts, build more powerful relationships, solve problems and encourages “solution focused thinking”.
We help you define your organization’s strengths and the steps needed to enhance quality and efficiency.
Day 1 - Front-Line Staff
We uncover the perceptions, conflicts and misunderstandings that occur on the front-lines of your facility.
Day 2 - Managers
On the second day, we uncover the manager's perceptions, conflicts and misunderstandings, and identify steps required to allow objective discussion and problem solving.
Day 3 - Both Groups
The third day, staff and managers work in small, pre-assigned groups to generate a plan for resolving organizational difficulties and prepare for upcoming challenges at your organization. They examine information generated from the first two sessions and define steps needed to enhance your organization’s effectiveness and efficiency.
